Hub by Holo: Close deals faster

• Employees and immediate family members of Holo are not eligible to participate.
• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Participants must download the HUB app and add a legitimate mortgage lead to qualify between May 5 and July 25 2025.
• Ten winners will be drawn every month at random from eligible participants.
• Each winner will be awarded a cash prize of AED 1,000 each.
• The monthly prize draws will take place on Monday June 2nd and include all eligible participants from May 5 - May 31st 2025; Wednesday July 2nd and include all eligible participants from June 1 - June 30 2025; and Monday July 28th and include all eligible participants from July 1 - July 25.
• On Thursday July 31st one additional winner will be selected to receive a grand prize comprising a holiday for two people up to a maximum value of AED 20,000. No cash alternative will be offered.
• In order to be eligible to receive the grand prize, all participants must have downloaded the HUB app and added leads during the campaign period May 5 - July 25th.
• The winner of the grand prize will be selected based upon the most mortgage leads which successfully convert to submissions to lender by Wednesday July 30th.
• Holo reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any entry that breaches the terms and conditions.
• Participants will be disqualified if they fail to meet the campaign eligibility criteria or provide bulk or false information.
• Holo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, entrants grant Holo the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• By participating, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from the firm. They can opt out at any time.
• Holo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the campaign or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
• Any dispute arising from the campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
• By participating in the campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
